Adult Day Care Center - Central Location

Eligibility: Elderly and/or disabled persons, who are low-income, are physician-referred, and meet Texas Department of Human Services (TDHS) criteria; private-pay individuals accepted when space is available. Intake Procedure: Contact the center staff or call TDHS staff (444-0511) for referral.

Social services, nutrition, transportation, supervised protective setting, advocacy, nursing services, shopping assistance, field trips, and educational programs. Source of Funds: Title XIX (Medicaid), Title XX (Medicare)
